Introduction
Rheumatoid Arthritis ended my normal exercise program. I was running 10 Km's (10K) daily and was top shape. Then when I turned 55 growing older, I went for a 10K run and the next day I could hardly walk.
The doctor identified I had Rheumatoid Arthritis and i should take some medication with COX-2 inhibitors. They did a good job and i can also continue running. Then, COX-2 was included with heart attacks and my doctor took me off them.
That ended my running days, so I needed to determine something else to fare.
